The Flex BD05 is a Stationary Drill Stand for Core Rigs. It is a slimline drill stand with triple suction lateral support. The long-footed base plate allows it to be used even in the narrowest environments. By rotating the feed column it is also possible to drill in corners and recesses, for example, the steps of stairways, kitchen countertop slabs, parapets and gravestones. It is stable, even for horizontal drilling on all smooth and polished surfaces.

The Milwaukee 49-76-0055 is a Water Tank for Diamond Coring Rig. This heavy duty impact resistant 3-1/2 gallon poly tank brings water to the diamond coring site when regular tap water is not available. This tank is for use when regular tap water is not available.

The Flex BH 812 VV is a 2-Speed Electronic Dry Handled Core Drill. The drill has 14 Amp motor and infinitely adjustable speeds (0-3800 RPM). It is suited for vibration free drilling up to 6” holes into masonry, brick, clay, cinder block, soft limestone and asphalt. It is not for use on concrete. The Flex five-fold VV electronic control gives consistent speed control, soft start with acceleration trigger, overload protection, temperature monitoring and speed pre-selection. The drill has no hammering noise, no vibrations. These drills can be used in inhabited buildings without a second thought.

This 15 amp model provides core drilling power where 20 amp service is unavailable. This unit has a 375 rpm or 750 rpm operating speed. The 4090 uses a shear pin to protect gears and motor against overload. Shear pins are easily replaced and extra pins are included with the unit. This unit will handle core bits from 2-1/2 in. to 8 in. in diameter.
